The 2027 Stronger Together 22q Family Conference is designed to make education, connection, and community accessible to the entire family. Your registration includes all conference programming, family activities, shared meals, and resources designed to help every member of the family participate and feel welcome:

Not Included

Registration does not include:

  • Hotel accommodations
  • Transportation or other travel expenses
  • Saturday dinner, giving families an opportunity to relax and enjoy an evening meal on their own

Need Help Attending?

A limited number of financial assistance awards may be available for families who would otherwise be unable to attend because of conference registration and hotel costs. Assistance will be based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Application details and eligibility requirements will be posted in December 2026, with award decisions expected by February 15, 2027.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at a discounted rate of $179 per night. Families are strongly encouraged to reserve early. Once the discounted block is full, rooms may be unavailable or offered at a significantly higher rate.

Staying at the conference hotel is encouraged to experience the full benefit of the conference, including opportunities to connect with other families during afternoon and evening events, but it is not required.

Holding Your Hotel Reservation
We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.

Cancelling Your Hotel Reservation
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time on June 9, 2027 (2 day[s] before arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee (TBD) if you must cancel after this deadline.

Modifying Your Hotel Reservation
Any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change

Attendee FAQ & Logistics:

It is not required that you stay at the conference hotel. However, staying at the conference hotel is encouraged to experience the full benefit of the conference, including opportunities to connect with other families during afternoon and evening events.

Book as early as possible. The discounted hotel block is limited, and we expect rooms to sell out well before the May 20, 2027 deadline. Once the block is full, rooms may be unavailable or offered at significantly higher rates.

Cancellations received by April 11, 2027, are eligible for a full refund of conference registration fees. Cancellations received from April 12 through May 11, 2027, are eligible for a 50% refund of conference registration fees. No registration refunds will be issued after May 11, 2027. The 22q Family Foundation is not responsible for hotel, airfare, transportation, or other travel-related costs. Families are responsible for reviewing and managing the cancellation policies associated with their own travel and accommodations.

Scheduled breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments are included as described in the conference agenda. Saturday dinner is not included.

Yes. School-aged children and siblings will participate in age- and stage-appropriate camp groups with activities planned for them throughout designated conference hours.

Yes. The weekend will include programming and connection opportunities created for older attendees and adults with 22q.

Sensory support packs and a Family Wellness Room will be available. Additional accessibility and accommodation information will be shared as conference plans are finalized.

Attendees will be able to share dietary needs during registration. Although every effort will be made to provide appropriate options, specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. This is your weekend to connect, learn, and belong, and you are welcome to participate in as much of the conference as works for your family. Because programming is planned throughout the full weekend, we encourage you to attend as much as possible. Please note that registration fees are the same regardless of how many days or activities you attend.

We are finalizing the structure of our children’s programming and will share additional details as they become available. Families can expect engaging, camp-style activities for children and siblings of all ages, supported by volunteers who are trained and experienced in working with individuals with disabilities and special needs.
