November 1st Kicks off 22q Awareness Month
22q11.2 affects an estimated 1 in 2,000 to 4,000 births, presenting a complex array of medical, developmental, and educational challenges—and yet it remains one of the most underdiagnosed and misunderstood genetic conditions in the world.
Our mission is to ensure no family navigates this journey alone, connecting our global network through vital support programs, practical resources, and community advocacy. November marks our most critical fundraising initiative of the year, and this milestone is extra special: we are celebrating our 10th anniversary!
Under this year’s theme, Stronger Together, we are setting our sights on an ambitious $100,000 goal to expand the life-changing services our community relies on every day. True global awareness begins with individual action; every conversation started, story shared, and dollar contributed helps shine a light on 22q worldwide.
