U.C Davis MIND 22q Webinar Series
The 22q Family Foundation partnered with the UC Davis MIND Institute and the UC Davis Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) to launch the 22q Webinar Series, a collaborative effort designed to provide families with practical resources and expert guidance as individuals with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome transition into adolescence and adulthood.
Developed in response to parent feedback, the series features expert speakers from each organization who share strategies, tools, and real-life perspectives to help families navigate school advocacy, career pathways, and life skills. Each webinar also includes a Q&A session, giving families the opportunity to engage directly with experts and connect around shared experiences.
Topics in the series include working with schools and understanding educational rights, building career and life skills for adulthood, and personal transition stories from adults living with 22q.

After this partnership ended, we had the opportunity to highlight this relationship with a virtual poster, which in turn was chosen as one to feature at a Translational Virtual Impact Summit.
